Over 30 years of cycles have taken their toll on the bottom: a cupped plank, some popped loose, and a bad lower transom plank. Plus she’s in need of refinishing.

Hardtop and deck hardware removed, interior out. Next we’ll pull the motor and running gear to turn her over for a new 5200 double layer bottom.
